Based in Canada, AppTudes.com is an iOS review site. We cover games, family content, industry news, produce best-of lists etc. We tie in a giveaway to almost everything and work with the biggest names in the industry every day. Our staff is comprised of experienced tech freelancers who write for other similar sites or have special expertise in their field and relevant academic training.

We have 3 game reviewer spots and 2 kids and educational app review spots open, and will happily consider news writers, those who cover general purpose apps. and we are eager to expand into the Android market.

The ideal candidate writes at a very high level, has published before, meets strict deadlines, upholds high journalist ethics, cares about growing with a start-up, and has a basic proficiency with Wordpress or similar web-based editors. No coding is required, but there are lots of contests to manage and an expectation of social media support. We have a mellow family vibe going and want to keep it that way.

We are also looking for an assistant managing editor who can write and work on scheduling, and sales reps if you want to spread the word, but we put writing above all else.
