Herbal Magic (Weight Loss & Nutrition Centres) was established in 1996 by a group of dedicated professionals -- nutritionists, scientists, and medical experts with 40 years of combined experience. Since then, Herbal Magic has grown close to 300 centres and has helped thousands of people reach their weight loss goals. This position provides leadership to the centre and is a role model to impart exceptional service to our clients and in achieving business goals/objectives.
Position Overview:
The position makes a difference in people's lives and provides leadership to the centre and is a role model to impart exceptional service to our clients and in building sales and achieving business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Coach, motivate and lead a team to ensure all employees are trained for success
Responsible for operations of the centre; set goals and objectives, schedules, inventory and administration
Plan and execute local store marketing initiatives and in-centre events and promotions
Achieve sales and service targets
Creates a team environment that focuses on positive communications, celebrates success and recognizes effort
Requirements:
2-3 years supervisory experience, preferably within a weight loss, fitness, retail, beauty or a sales/service oriented environment
Friendly, inspiring, with excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly motivated, goal oriented and results focused with proven ability to motivate, coach and lead a team to achieve sales goals and client/customer service
Operational excellence and committed to health and wellness
