Job Description:
In this position, you will work as a Beauty Advisor for one of Winston Retail Solutions' beauty clients with beauty product lines that encompasses hair, skin care and fragrance
Preferred Experience:
1. 3+ years experience with beauty and skin care products
2. Heavy user of skin/hair care products from high quality brand
3. Must be motivated to work in the beauty business and visiting retailers such as Macy's & Sephora
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
On floor priorities:
1. Ensure all SKU's are represented on the sales floor
2. Build relationships with counter sales people and management at each location
3. Inform counter sales people about the brand/products and its features and benefits
4. Fill out beauty recap
5. Take photos of the locations
Key Characteristics of candidate:
This candidate must be a self starter, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to adjust to the change regularly and be motivated by working with different brands and product categories in various retail environments. The candidate must also be willing to grow with a start up organization and work as a team member during the developmental phases. Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
