Auto Glass Technician (Part-Time Permanent 10-20hrs/week) (Brandon, MB)

Speedy Glass® is committed to your professional development and we believe quality work should be rewarded. We are currently looking for a regular part-time (10-20 hours/week) Automotive Glass Technician based out of one of our Brandon, MB Speedy Glass® location.

Responsibilities:

Your mandate will be to exceed customers' expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing, or fitting vehicle glass on mobile calls and providing other company services and products. In addition, you will:

-Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company's quality and other procedures are complied with.
-Keep customers informed of the work process being carried out.
-Ensure that you work within company productivity targets.
-Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with Speedy Glass® internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback.
-Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales and further develop the business of Speedy Glass®.
-Contribute to effective team working.

Qualifications:.

-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in automotive glass repair & replacement or automotive repair experience.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Results oriented.
-Team player.
-Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
-Valid driver's license and good drivers abstract.
-Computer literacy and experience with POS system, an asset.
