Travel Agency Manager
Do you love to travel? Can help customers navigate both the excitement and stress of arranging travel? If you are a natural leader, here is a great opportunity to join an independent leisure travel agency that deals extensively with group and corporate packages. In addition to managing staff, the Travel Agency Manager will be tasked with developing the business through various marketing initiatives.

What you will do
* Manage agency staff and assist in coordinating corporate and group travel packages
* Train and develop agency staff, ensuring highly quality customer service is maintained at all times
* Complete regular employee reviews; address all employee conflicts and issues
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote and grow the agency
* Facilitate regular staff meetings and communicate effectively with staff and management
* Review agency finances and profitability

Must haves
* Experience with group/corporate travel packages
* Significant sales and management experience
* Superior customer service skills
* Marketing knowledge
* Ambitious and creative personality
* Practical knowledge of SABRE software an asset
