What you will do
* Help customers choose eyewear and lenses that suit their needs and personalities
* Book appointments with customers via telephone and in person
* Monitor inventory and order frames, lenses and other supplies as needed
* Make minor adjustments to frames and lenses
Must haves
* 2 years of optician experience (including experience with contact lenses)
* Proven customer service skills; strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
* Team-oriented personality, with the ability to work well independently
* Flexible availability
* Optical Sciences diploma from a recognized institution an asset
