What You Will Do
* Design and develop new products and contribute to improvements of existing products
* Create layouts, drawings, and models on new and existing product designs
* Establish design objectives and procedures
* Implement and maintain initiatives for materials standardization and assembly efficiency
* Maintain detailed records on issues related to products in development and recommend improvements
* Monitor the product development process, from design to production
* Maintain open communication with team members and other departments

Must Haves
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years mechanical design experience
* Proficiency with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks)
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
